Lieber Martin,

Lieber Martin,

Gestern Sonntag waren die F. hier Onkel Salmon, Job and Else and ist die Bürgschaft für Onkel and Hanna Roth verg. Woche gekommen; müssen abwarten ob Stuttgart alles in Ordnung findet so geht alles weg.

Lieber Martin,

Ich hoffe dass du Hilde and Erich schon gesprochen hast? Herzlichen Grüsse und Küsse deine Schwester Hede . Grüsse an Alle dort.

Dear Martin,

I confirm the receipt of your letter No 97 that, like always, made us very happy, especially hearing that you are well, which we can thank God also report about us. We have had quite nice weather and very pleasant company. At noon we want to walk to the Johannisberg, which you will surely remember; there we will have some coffee and perhaps play some Skat. Up to now, we have played only 1 hour within the two weeks. Tomorrow our holiday is over and the money is all gone. We are happy to go home again. With respect to the affidavit of Albert, I’ll let you know that it was offered by a cousin of Hans (Louis Kramer) who is Rösel Frank’s brother, and everything is completed in Stuttgart. Hopefully he will be able to leave soon. Since ages, we did not count on hearing from ??? and yesterday a letter arrived from R.A. from D. who offered me 500 so that I give up on the mortgage. But I will try to get some more out of this. I believe he wants to sell the business as this has to be given up as well. As soon as I know more about this, I will let you know. Warm kisses for today from your Father.

Dear Martin,

Yesterday, on Sunday, the Frankfurter have come, Unkle Salomon, Job and Else and the affidavit for Uncle and Hanna Roth came last week; have to wait and see if everything is alright with Stuttgart so they can all leave. And when is our turn? I am convinced that it will happen one step at a time.

You think it is so easy with the furniture! Everything has changed and the people who are in the process of shipping their own things have no room for it. We are all well rested and strengthened we return home to see what’s new. Tonight there is a farewell party for us in the Kurgarten. I offered to Aunt Hans to help her with the move – so far no response.

Aunt Selma descended upon Uncle Max in Wildungen. At home we’ll learn more about this. I have to change my clothes to go out then we are off. Enjoy your life, warm greetings from Johanna Kossmann.

Dear Martin,

Hope you have already spoken to Hilde and Erich? Warm greetings and kisses from your Sister Hede.

Greetings to all over there.
